Terms of Use for CrawlDog.com free website builder program

Violation of our Terms of Use will result in immediate removal of your website.

CrawlDog.com offers a free website builder program and free website hosting. We reserve the right to cancel a website for any reason or no reason at all.  CrawlDog.com users are solely responsible and liable for all activities and content of their website.

The following policies apply to all sites created using our free website builder program:

1) Offensive website names are not allowed.

2) Excessive profanity in your website content will result in immediate removal of the site.

3) We reserve the right to remove any website that violates our Terms of Use. Registered users will be held legally responsible for the content of their website including, but not limited to, illegal use of copyrighted material or posting indecent material.

4) The use of CrawlDog.com websites for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.  Any website found to be violating the law will be removed without any notice to the user.  If we remove your website for having illegal content, we will contact the appropriate law enforcement agency and cooperate in its investigation into the illegal activity.

5) Websites will be removed if they contain any of the following content:

• Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
• Pornography or adult/mature content including anime
• Hacking or cracking
• Illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Excessive profanity
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Information regarding programs that pay users to click on ads or offers, perform searches, surf websites, or read emails
• Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
• Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales or promotion of beer or alcoholic liquors
• Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales or promotion of prescription or illicit drugs
• Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of term papers, student essays or answers to tests
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal or personal rights of others
• Defamatory or slanderous statements against a person or business

6) Website users are responsible for all content on their website.  If you allow someone else to publish material on your website, you will be held responsible for the content.

7) CrawlDog.com will not be liable for its services. We reserve the right to terminate our free website builder program at any time.  We will not be liable for any files or records that are lost or damaged during unforeseen events such as a server crash or security breach.

8) All sites created using our free website builder program are required to have a Google search box and banner ad on the website. Removing or altering the search box or banner ad HTML code will result in immediate removal of your website from our servers.

9) Templates offered by our website builder program are copyrighted material. Some of our templates were created by third-parties.  In such instances, the creator's name is listed at the bottom of the template. If you alter or remove the copyright or design information from your website we will remove the site from our servers without notice.

10) We firmly believe in the right to free speech and open dissemination  We do, however, reserve the right to monitor and remove any and all websites on our servers.  We are not responsible for the accuracy, decency, or morality of the thoughts and opinions expressed by members on their websites. In accepting these Terms of Use, you should use caution and discretion when posting personally identifying information about yourself,  family, friends, business or other website members.

11) These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of Wyoming. These Terms of Use do not constitute the entire agreement between you and CrawlDog.com with respect to the service. By using our website builder program, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand the Terms of Use.
